General Manager
Michael joined us in September of 2024 after a uniquely diverse hospitality career. He spent 10 years as a chef which included a Michelin 3-star, a Michelin 1-star, a famous worldwide restaurant, several tech companies, and a prominent private family.
Michael has also worked in the front of house at a Michelin 3-star restaurant, 4 Michelin 1-star restaurants, as well as an elite catering company and a 4-star hotel.
Personally, Michael has lived on Long Island, New York, South Carolina, Miami, Orlando, Asheville, Atlanta, Las Vegas, Orange County, San Francisco, Napa, and now for the past 14 years in Campbell with his wife who is a local teacher. He was a college athlete, who has attended over over 100 concerts. and has eaten at 15 of the top 100 restaurants in the world in 5 countries. Most of his time is now tied up with his dog.
