With a focus on the bounty of the Bay Area and drawing inspiration from global flavors, our carefully orchestrated experience is designed to surprise, delight, and leave a lasting memory of our chef's culinary artistry.

Chez TJ’s wine program is lovingly designed by our experienced Sommelier Ted Merkel. The wine list is composed in a progressive fashion focusing on small, artisanal, producers with equal parts of heritage and innovation, and presented in an informative layout with a diverse range of prices.
Chez TJ welcomes you to bring wines from your private collection for a $55 fee per 750ml bottle, with a maximum of two bottles. We ask that you do not bring bottles currently represented on our list.
The Wine Pairing is created each night to uniquely frame and enhance the savory courses of the Chef’s Tasting Menu. Our Sommelier utilizes wines both exotic and local, as well as other alternative beverages such as sake, cider, mead, and beer. Just like our tasting menu, the wine pairing changes daily.
