Dining Experiences
We are excited to announce Chez TJ will be offering meal take out options throughout the "shelter in place" mandate. Take out orders can be placed prior to 12:00pm same day, yet we ask that you please schedule your take out option in advance. Each menu is suited for one person and can be picked up Tuesday through Saturday evenings between 4:30pm and 6:30pm.
The menu available for the week of Tuesday, January 12th- Saturday, January 23rd consists of the following:

Chez TJ offers contemporary French cuisine in form of a single Chef’s Tasting Menu. Combining both global and local ingredients, the multi-course menu offers some of the finest ingredients in the world. Our culinary offerings change on a regular basis and all allergies and dietary restrictions need to be provided to the restaurant 48 hours prior to your reservation. Please allow approximately 3 hours to dine with us.

Chez TJ’s wine program is lovingly designed by Certified Sommelier Paul Carayas. The wine list is composed in a progressive fashion focusing on small, artisanal, producers with equal parts of heritage and innovation, and presented in an informative layout with a diverse range of prices.
Chez TJ welcomes you to bring wines from your private collection for a $55 fee per 750ml bottle, with a maximum of two bottles. We ask that you do not bring bottles currently represented on our list.
The Wine Pairing is created each night to uniquely frame and enhance the savory courses of the Chef’s Tasting Menu. Our Sommelier utilizes wines both exotic and local, as well as other alternative beverages such as sake, cider, mead, and beer. Just like our tasting menu, the wine pairing changes daily.
