Chez TJ’s wine program is lovingly designed by our experienced Sommelier Ted Merkel. The wine list is composed in a progressive fashion focusing on small, artisanal, producers with equal parts of heritage and innovation, and presented in an informative layout with a diverse range of prices.

The Wine Pairing is created each night to uniquely frame and enhance the savory courses of the Chef’s Tasting Menu. Our Sommelier utilizes wines both exotic and local, as well as other alternative beverages such as sake, cider, mead, and beer. Just like our tasting menu, the wine pairing changes daily.

Chez TJ also welcomes you to bring wines from your private collection for a $55 fee per 750ml bottle, with a maximum of two bottles. We ask that you do not bring bottles currently represented on our list.
